We have a paid subscription at school - and can no longer access most of the content. It's frustrating - because I feel we have paid for a couple of years, and I can no longer access content I used to be able to see. I am a teacher in Sydney, Australia. Croydon Public School

How to make hand signs like this : do OO re / \ la /\ /\

I'm stuck in a never-ending sign-in loop. I am successfully signing in, but it never registers on the games page, so I can't access past level 2. It seems like the standard videos page understands that I am logged in (I can see the mini profile picture), but the menu page with the options for videos/compose/games/etc doesn't register that I'm signed in. Maybe there is an issue with the cookie? This is on Chrome on an Android mobile device.

Hello Prodigies! We are so excited to make the games part of our music class. The first time we played, I thought it was a great idea to have the note play with every press of button, for example with Bell Run. However, it looks like none of the games are really making a sound, not even the ear training games. Hope it gets fixed because it's a fun way to keep ear training but through play. Thank you.

I had a good try today, but I couldnt save it or publish it anywhere, when I tried to publish it, it went blank again.

The interface is all over the place. cant click on things and settings for compose tool are in a strange place! Not saving unless you publish? Doesn't make any sense. The "feedback" button is inhibiting me from clicking settings.. Can't input notes by keyboard... Deletes project if accidentally click on something also. Completely dysfunctional. So much potential. Lets go!

Mr Rob it appears the settings tab is gone in the compose section.

Trying to vote on the polls, it won’t stay signed in even after refreshing. Yet it has me logged in at the top right below the header bar, still saying login on the header. Which prohibits me to vote

Hi! I am a general music teacher in Santa Cruz County. I've used the K-5 curriculum for a while now. I LOVE the guided rhythm of the week & guided desk bells! I can observe and grade while the students follow the video instruction. However, I wish I could embed the videos into my slides. It's clunky navigating from my Google Slides to Prodigies. Moreover the interface within the curriculm is clunky at best. I can't merely click through a week's lessons. For example, if I want to use K Week 5s lessons, I start with the Rhythm of the Week, then back out, scroll back to week 5 (hopefully the scroll tool is responding) and I then I finally can select the next video. It eats into my precious music minutes with my students. Again, I wish I could just embed the videos into the google slides. Even using the link merely takes me to the curriculum page, not the specific video I was trying to include. Hope there's a fix here. Thanks for all you do for music education! It's Catherine from Croydon Public School again. I'm trying to attach a scrren shot - usseuccessfully. Most of the videso I used to use now have a locked symbol, saying 'click to preview'.

Mr. Rob, can you put a lower and higher range of notes, please? I was making "The Imperial March", but I realized I don't have enough notes. So can you expand it, please? Thank you! -Seun

I wish the playlists weren’t so full of the performance videos. Sometimes my daughter likes to watch these as entertainment, but the performance videos really lose her interest quickly and make her frustrated. She’s much more interested in the videos with a person singing and signing. It would be nice to see the performance videos in a separate section. Or have devoted playlists that don’t include these. I tried to kind of manually do this with the “favorite videos”, but for me the favorited video playlists don’t automatically play from one to the next, instead they shoot you to whatever original playlist that the favorited video was originally pulled from.

I’m having issues with the sign in. Sometimes I sign in and it acts like I didn’t sign in (on the browser). Also, now it’s telling me my video playback is locked because “I have too many devices signed in” but when I go look into my devices, it’s just the same 2 devices signed in over and over. It’s counting different sessions as different devices. I am very excited about the new games, I will say. I’ve been desperately wanting something like this from you for a long time!! But I think is messing with my device count because it’s acting like the browser. Logins are separate from the app logins. I would love to see the games in the app.

We can’t get Instrument Detective to play any sounds. We checked volume and settings but still hear no sounds. Tried on safari on iPad and on iPhone.

Safari on iPad fails to play sound, and also fails to show the score when I press Print to export a pdf. But it really is coming on Rob. Thanks so much!

also i don't think it's functional on safari, or maybe just not via ios. couldn't get it to place notes on my phone. couldn't get sound on my ipad.

A TON of updates you all suggested and bugs you found have been addressed today. And there might be a suppppper sick new feature coming soon. Thank you all so much for the ideas and feedback. Keep it coming and we'll get this thing ironed out and running smoother every week

being able to view the whole page, rather than zoomed in to just one line. Also, saving settings to not have to reset selections every time.

Not sure if I'm doing this wrong, but when I added a dotted crochet, I couldn't figure out how to make the following note a quaver. It appeared a crochet and didn't quite fit correctly.

I've found the "clear all notes" but it doesn't also clear the chords. It would be nice to just have a completely clean sheet.

So excited... yet not sure I am doing it right. I can't get it to work on my iPad, and even on my laptop (which is new and up to date) it seems to have a lag in the playback mode? Not sure what I am doing wrong, or if maybe there are just a lot of people trying to use it all at the same time. Once we get it figured out it will me amazing! My girls have tried to write on paper their own songs... so this will be such a nice up grade and encourage them along.

Can’t syncopate an eighth tied to a quarter over the bar line. Dragging doesn’t allow enough control, as it places notes in random places rather than desired place.

The G when chromatics is enabled won't work by being dragged.

I am not figuring out how to do the compose. Are there some directions someplace?

How do you get a note on the staff?
